2) We worked with a brilliant indie distillery in Wales to create a classic London Dry Gin. It cuts through and joins the party in a G&T or will boss the glass in a Dry Martini. Along with the expected heavy note of juniper there’s the holy quadrinity of coriander seed, green cardamom, angelica and orris root. It’s joined by some chamomile flower for a herbaceous layer, liquorice for complexity and orange, lemon and lime peel for brightness.
So you get a classic gin with a swag bag of botanicals, just how you like it, safe in the knowledge that you are supporting the fight for a beautiful biodiverse planet bursting with life!
Cynical about such purpose driven companies? Rightly so! So we've changed the rules to build trust: i) We exist solely to fund the fight for a future liveable planet ii) We pay ourselves a fair and capped wage and then give away 100% of our profit to the cause iii) We don't ramp up our exes to bolster our income
