Edinburgh Raspberry Gin

Inspired by the wonder of the soft fruits in Scotland, fashioned using fresh raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire.
The distillation of fresh and dried raspberries together balances the flavour of this gin, the fresh raspberries bring a fresh tart raspberry flavour, the dried raspberries impart an exquisite, sweet depth. This is all rounded off by the use of raspberry leaves that give a satisfying subtle herbal aroma and floral flavour.
Definitive red berry aromas balanced with sweet ripeness. On the palate red berry fruit with fresh floral notes creating a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of natural flavour.
