Debt Collector Moonshine Cask Aged 1 year (50% ABV) is an American style whisky which has been aged in charred, virgin American oak for 1 year. It is a mash of majority corn plus barley and rye and has been made and matured in London. It is a twice copper pot distilled spirit.
This aged moonshine is a delightful blend of caramel and vanilla on the nose. Accompanied by a gentle earthy woodiness up front followed by light caramelized sweetness. As it unfolds, the oak undertones become more pronounced, leaving a lingering spiciness reminiscent of winter cloves and a touch of salted caramel.
