Tasting Notes
Made by means biological ageing (action of flor yeast). The proximity of the wineries to the sea breeze impart a particular personality to the wine. Pale golden in colour, with a delicate almondry aroma, dry and light on the palate
NOSE: Immediately fresh on the nose with light lemony citrus flowers, followed almost immediately with a fresh yeasty note—the hallmark of the flor.
Palate: On the palate the zing continues with a little baker’s yeast, a touch of green apple and a slightly salty tang.
Finish: Aromatic and elegant, not overly complex, but youthful and zingy.and aged under "flor" for at least three years. Serve chilled.
