Chai is the national drink of India. It is a blend of black tea, spices and sugar cooked in milk and served steaming hot. We have been making chai elixirs since 1998, and our Mumbai Chai was crafted to deliver the true taste of an Indiand street Chai, with the ease of use, consistency and functional flavours that Alchemy is famous for. We combine organic black tea with ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, nutmeg and cardamon to make our Mumbai Chai Elixir a powerful, functional drink that can be enjoyed, hot or cold in plant milk or dairy.
