Don?t let the name fool you, although this Pebble may seem small, she packs a mighty punch. Wanting to bring together a symphony of some of the most complex hop varietals we use at the brewery today, Pebble is a dance of flavour and aroma profiles imparted by a four way collaboration of Strata, Galaxy, Talus, and Mosaic. Three of the best that the US has to offer, along with a bonafide Australian classic, and one of the most sought after hops in the world; this could only have come together in a bold, brash IPA. A bouquet of passionfruit, blueberries, mango, and peach take the lead here, before savoury and herbal sage, dried roses, pine, and dank marijuana notes follow up at the back. A deeply complex and flavoursome IPA, and possibly one of our best to date.
