A beer that literally couldn’t have arrived at a better time - when the weather is sweltering outside and everything is a labour to do, what better than an ultra-smashable pale ale that walks that fine tightrope between East Coast juice and West Coast moreishness? A style that we first discovered and learnt about from the kings of the craft beer movement themselves, Odell Brewing over in Colorado - the Mountain Pale Ale is a style that we love to revisit time and time again and with good reason. Featuring a five way dance of all the classic C hops in Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial and Citra, we’ve imparted old school piney and resinous notes with a high level of juicy fresh cut citrus fruits, on an East Coast water profile to create a pale ale that is as moreish and pintable as it is delicious.
