New Order Cut-Off Time

The day Dennis and Pam started Inn Express in 2002, they desired to consistently deliver a level of service not experienced in drinks wholesale, and moving into the present day, this desire to be better than our competitors hasn't waned, and testament to that passion is our ever-expanding team.

As you will have experienced first-hand, our entire team is the best around, and whilst we continuously invest in our fleet, IT infrastructure and, most importantly, people, we sometimes must make changes to ensure our team can continue to maintain their industry-leading service levels, which our customers value so much.

So, with the above in mind, as of Monday, April 1st, we will implement a small but essential change to our order cut-off time.

At the moment, our order cut-off time for all orders is 5 pm the day before your delivery. From April 1st, this will be brought forward to 3 pm the day before your delivery. This applies to email, telephone and online orders. This also includes Friday orders for delivery on a Saturday.

This seemingly small change ensures we can give our team the correct time to pick and pack your orders, enabling us to deliver them with the level of care and attention we pride ourselves on.

We would like to remind you that all customers have access to our online ordering portal where you can take advantage of the below tools and benefits.

3. Pay Online – no more calling the office to pay. Save your valuable time using our secure payment gateways, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Create Wishlists – Quickly add products you want to view later or want to find more easily.
5. Exclusive Offers – Check out our offers page and see what deals you can use.
6. 24/7 Ordering - Place orders and view our live stock levels so you can order what you need and choose an alternative.
7. Parent log-ins – Perfect for those with multiple sites or users, enabling you to place orders for all of your sites with one login.
8. Create Back Orders – Hit the back order button, and our team will add your items to a back order, which you can view on your account page.
9. Fast Order – Place orders faster using our fast order page, which automatically populates with your most recently ordered products.

Developments for 2024

Profit Illustrations – within every product page, you will be able to see what you need to sell this for to achieve your required GP%. All are based on your bespoke pricing.

GP Calculator – A page dedicated to helping you plan your drinks menu. Draught beer, Wine or cocktails, this page will help you create the perfect drink at the ideal price.

Bespoke Order Pad – Create a bespoke order pad which can be saved in your preferred order. This can then be printed or used digitally. The order pad will also show your average weekly orders so you can ensure par levels are kept updated.

Compare Products – Add products to your list and compare to find the perfect match.
